One 372-page PDF goes in. XYZDAM reads every page, scans included, and splits it into the pieces inside.
Nothing is hard-coded: the categories come from what the document contains. A fashion brand's pack would produce Collections and Garments instead.
Each category becomes a set of cards with their own photos and facts. Systems, projects and certificates are already sorted and ready to browse.
Every card is placed on one map, and related items are linked. Select any node to see exactly what it connects to.
A project page shows its fields as printed in the document. One click on a system opens its tests, catalogue and any conflicting values.
Summary table says 600 Pa; measurement sheet and procedure text say 300 Pa (page 214 vs 220).
Ask in plain words and get a plain answer, with the pages it came from. Then turn the answer into a client presentation.
